The motive for solving the urban structure is the volume of the building of the solved ice house. Simply put, the main unit of measure for a given area became "1 refrigerator". According to her, a raster was created, which is interspersed throughout the territory, and the new development is solved in volumes in multiples of this unit of measure. After evaluating the effects on the area, it turned out that the traffic arteries passing through the area in particular form a large barrier between the western and eastern parts of Braník. Therefore, a new north-south axis was created in the form of a generous boulevard, which forms a parallel artery with public life and an active ground floor. By diverting the tram line with a stop directly in front of the historic area, it is achieved by removing the barrier between the two parts of Braník, but also by creating a new center of gravity of the area.
